The project is constructed on 100 feddans (420000 meters) and it includes:
A lake that is created from the natural springs, area of 75000 meters.
A natural forest, area of 125000 meters.
200 chalets, each of 80 square meters consists of one bedroom, a reception that can be converted to a second bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. The buildings match the environment, the Siwan style, using the natural materials in the construction including Garchouf, Salt, palm trees and the Siwan Stones. Natural ventilation adopting "the air current technique" is applied in order to maintain the temperature inside the chalets. The furniture is made from the olive trees wood as to stem out a sweet odor. The natural environmental design is applied on the construction of the chalets and the internal furniture. Candles are used for illumination, as to go back to nature once again.
A number of restaurants, where chemical free food is served consisting of vegetables, fruits and meat. Also camel milk and mountain honey is served in the morning.
A theatre for performing the Siwan Art.
All utilities such as water, sewage and telecommunication services are available.
